• Content: Videos, images, and other user-generated content you upload or submit through the platform.
• Communications: Messages, feedback, and correspondence you send to us or through the platform.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. See Section 7 for details.

Information from Third Parties

• Social Media Platforms: When you connect your Instagram or TikTok accounts via OAuth, we may receive profile information, follower counts, engagement metrics, and public content data in accordance with those platforms' APIs and policies.
• Payment Processors: Stripe may provide us with transaction confirmation and limited billing information.

3. SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Hyperbeam, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages related to the Service. These messages may include:

• Application status updates and notifications.
• Challenge submission reviews and feedback.
• Account alerts and security notifications.
• Platform updates and important announcements.
• Two-way conversational messaging related to your account and creator activities.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and account status. You may receive recurring messages.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Hyperbeam does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may also contact us at jay@onlineassets.com to request removal from our messaging list.

Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may use the Service without opting in to SMS communications, though certain real-time notifications will only be available via text.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: The mobile information (phone number, SMS opt-in status, and message content) of end users who opt in to our SMS program will never be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Your mobile data is used solely by Hyperbeam for delivering platform-related messages. The only third party with access to your phone number is our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), which is bound by strict confidentiality obligations and processes messages solely on our behalf.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Brands: If you are an approved creator, we may share your profile information, portfolio content, and performance metrics with partner brands for the purpose of creator-brand matching and campaign opportunities.
• Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), authentication (Supabase), messaging (Twilio), email communications, hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Hyperbeam, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With Your Consent: We may share information for other purposes when you provide explicit consent.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
